Hands-On Fun

While you're waiting for your show, be sure to take a look around. We have a walk-in kaleidoscope, geology displays and even planet scales where you can see how much you would weigh throughout the solar system! You can find out more about the planetarium before your visit.

Weather permitting, the RPSEC Observatory, housing the Bechtel Telescope, will be open for viewing after each show.

Come See the New Digistar 6 Planetarium System!

We are excited to report that we upgraded our planetarium system to a Digistar 6 in September 2017. We have some exciting new shows with plans to acquire other shows. We are looking for show sponsors. Sponsors will be identified on our website and promotional materials for the planetarium. Additionally, sponsors will be identified during the planetarium shows.

The DuPont Planetarium is open for public showings on Saturdays. All shows last one hour unless otherwise noted. Each show includes a live "sky tonight" portion. Click on the show title to learn more about the show, or check out a listing of all our shows.
