The RPSEC is proud to announce the addition of Planetarium Director, James Mullaney, to its staff. Jim is an astronomy writer, lecturer, and consultant who has published more than 500 articles and logged over 20,000 hours of stargazing time. Formerly curator of the Buhl Planetarium, astronomer with the University of Pittsburgh's Allegheny Observatory, and an editor at Sky & Telescope magazine, he was one of the contributors to Carl Sagan’s acclaimed “Cosmos” TV series. His work has received recognition by such notables as Johnny Carson, Wernher von Braun, J. Allen Hynek, Arthur Clarke and Ray Bradbury.
