The Antarctica Project

The Antarctica Project is dedicated to protecting the unsurpassed environmental and scientific values of Antarctica. Because of Antarctica's central role in regulating global environmental processes, impacts there could adversely affect the world's atmospheric and oceanic systems. The Antarctica Project works closely with scientists, educators, members of Congress, and the Administration to promote environmental awareness about the Antarctic.
