DUPONT PLANETARIUM
Total Lunar Eclipse March 3, 2007
The moon will be in a total eclipse when it rises just before 6:30 p.m. The planetarium will have shows at 4:00, 5:00, 6:00, 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00 p.m. The show will be Dark Shadows, which will explore eclipses and phases of the moon.

Totality itself begins at 5:44 p.m. EST and mid-eclipse comes at 6:21. The Moon starts moving out of the umbra at 6:58, and this partial eclipse stage finally ends at 8:12 p.m.
