Total Lunar Eclipse - February 20, 2008

You are invited to join the us on February 20, 2008 at the DuPont Planetarium to view the Total Lunar Eclipse and to see the planetarium show, Dark Shadows.

Schedule of Activities
Dark Shadows- 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Telescope Viewing- 8:00 p.m. to midnight
Eclipse Viewing- 9:00 p.m. to midnight.

Partial Eclipse Begins 8:43 p.m.
Total Eclipse Begins 10:01 p.m.
Mid Eclipse 10:26 p.m.
Total Eclipse Ends 10:51 p.m.
Partial Eclipses Ends 12:09 a.m.

This will be the last "total" lunar eclipse visible until December 2010, so this is a "must-see" event. If you are unable to join us at the planetarium, you can view the eclipse from anywhere that you have a clear view of the moon.
