My husband, David, and I were married in May 1980. We met while students at Clemson University, became best friends, and the rest is history. In December 1981, we welcomed our first son, Sherman, and five years later in December 1986 his little brother, Hollens, arrived. Our family is very close and, as a result, we enjoy spending time with each other. We have visited quite a few places over the years. Some of our travels include:

• cruising the Caribbean

• skiing at Snowshoe, WV and Steamboat Springs, CO

• taking a camping trip from SC across the Great Plains to Yellowstone National Park

• taking a camping trip from SC through south Texas to the Grand Canyon and rafting the Colorado River

• deep sea fishing at Key West

Although my sons are growing up, I look forward to sharing many more fun experiences with them. Sherman, 21, is a junior at Clemson University and Hollens, 16, is a sophomore at Barnwell High School.
